A photo of Noah, a white male with short, light-colored hair and black sunglasses, smiling broadly at the camera. He wears a navy blue t-shirt with yellow text that reads "EASTMAN SCHOOL OF MUSIC, UNIVERSITY of ROCHESTER" along with a logo featuring the word "MELIORA" above it. The ocean is visible in the background as is a forested shoreline in the distance.

Introduced to the National Association of Blind Students as well as to the National Federation of the Blind and its transformative philosophy as a 2023 NFB Scholarship finalist, Noah is thrilled, honored, and humbled to be called into service as a NABS board member and to continue the incredibly valuable work of building the Federation. Noah is currently taking a leave of absence from his studies toward a Bachelor of Music in vocal performance at Eastman School of Music in Rochester, New York to complete training at the Louisiana Center for the Blind. Upon graduation, he will return to Eastman as a rising third-year to continue his studies. Noah is also a passionate advocate for Music Braille availability and digital notation accessibility in the hope that blind musicians will have greater access to music literacy at parity with their sighted colleagues. When not performing, studying, or otherwise hard at work, he enjoys great music of all kinds, an interesting book, good company, and a hot cup of coffee or tea.
