Benjamin Grelk

Benjamin is a junior at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln studying Software Engineering and preparing for a career in technology. He first connected with the National Federation of the Blind in 2024 after receiving a scholarship from the Nebraska affiliate and was elected Vice President of the Nebraska Association of Blind Students that same year. Since then, Benjamin has contributed to the Federation by maintaining websites for the Nebraska affiliate and the National Association of Blind Students and helping plan a Regional Student Seminar. He was also honored to receive a National Scholarship in 2024. Outside of academics and Federation work, Benjamin enjoys tinkering with his home server, listening to audiobooks, and exploring how technology can bring people together.
