Benjamin Grelk (He/Him)

Benjamin Grelk is a sophomore at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where he’s studying Software Engineering and preparing for a career in the tech world. He first connected with the National Federation of the Blind in 2024 after receiving a scholarship from the Nebraska affiliate at the state convention, where he also was elected Vice President of the Nebraska Association of Blind Students. Since then, Benjamin has been busy serving the Federation in multiple ways, from maintaining the websites for the Nebraska affiliate and NABS to contributing to the NABS Content Creation Committee. In 2024, he was also honored to receive a National Scholarship.

Outside of academics and Federation work, you can usually find Benjamin tinkering with his home server, diving into a good audiobook, or exploring new ways technology can bring people together.
